Karma is a belief system spanning millennia. Often a touchstone of eastern beliefs, Karma is the idea that we experience what we deserve, based on previous thoughts and actions, thereby manifesting good fortune into existence.
To support this practice, we’ve created a natural incense to aid in the manifestation of Good Karma. With a recipe hand blended and inspired by the people who inhabit the famous Tibetan mountains, in order to create a moment of mindful empathy for the good actions which inspire good Karma.
Some believe we can create our own good karma by following simple steps:
Step 1 - Love and forgive yourself
Step 2 - Love and forgive others
Step 3 - Practice kindness and compassion
Step 4 - Reflect and practice introspection
Step 5 - Practice daily Steps 1-4
This way, it is believed that we create more compassionate, truthful selves, whose actions bring about a better world for those we’re connected with.
