Refunds

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase date. You are responsible for return shipping cost.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Candles, soaps and oils cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Please email us at esotericaroma@gmail.com with your order # (found on invoice and/or packing slip) and your reason for return. Once we have received your request, we will notify you via email with instructions on where to send your return. Once your return has been received and inspected we will issue a refund for the amount of the product only (shipping is non-refundable). Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (ie: paypal, mastercard, visa etc).

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged items: Esoteric Aroma is not responsible for damaged items. Please contact your local post office to file a damage claim.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
