Rose Quartz crystal skull

Working with crystal skulls:

Crystal Skulls support you on your journey of remembering who you are instead of expressing who you have been conditioned to be. When you work with a crystal skull you awaken its potential and therefore increase the power of its characteristics.

Hold your skull firmly in your right hand, keeping your intention in your mind. The crystal will receive your energy through your physical contact, absorb the vibrations, then amplify it and re-broadcast it outwards. This amplification is received by the chakra (or receptors) in the left hand and relayed up the arm, to the brain, to a gland called the hypothalamus and or the limbic system, impressing the vibration on the sub-conscious mind. The energy continues on, moving down to the right hand, holding the crystal. The process continues in a loop, reinforcing itself. The skull shape is especially effective in this process, as the inside back of the skull acts as a kind of satellite dish, to broadcast the vibrations of the person using it. Bring the skull to your face and slowly begin to breath into the face of the skull. This is a South Pacific way of working with a crystal skull. Breath into the face of the skull, then inhale deeply from the skull. Continue this for about two minutes and then gently set the crystal skull down.
