Standard Return Policy
Return Window: Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Condition: Only new, unused items are eligible for return.
Return Method: All returns must be shipped by mail. We do not accept in-store or drop-off returns.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
